Basel World 2019: Hublot launches the innovative Classic Fusion Ferrari GT

An avant-garde alliance

The collaboration between luxury giants Hublot and Ferrari adds new members to a purely innovative family. We talked about the spectacular HUBLOT CLASSIC FUSION FERRARI GT, one of the main novelty products exhibited by the Swiss company at the Basel International Watch Fair in 2019.

On this occasion, the work created by Hublot and Ferrari was inspired by the “Gran Turismo” world, which refers to the exclusive category of high-end cars. With its bold design, this striking model combines the new UNICO patented mechanism in a 45mm diameter classic fusion box, known for its dynamic lines.

The calibre that powers this super-tune machine is the HUB1280, the second chronograph movement that Hublot introduced in 2018. It is an automatic load flyback chronograph movement with a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 A / h). A column wheel is visible on the dial with a thickness of only 6.75 mm, which guarantees a 3-day power reserve.
